Glow SpinTerms of Use

Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Glow Spin mobile application (the "Game") developed and operated by Cosmic Meta ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Game in any way.
User Accounts
You may create an account in the Game using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
When using the Game, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game
- Intentionally exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
- Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames on leaderboards
- Harass, bully, or behave in a toxic manner toward other players through any Game feature
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or infrastructure
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law while using the Game
Intellectual Property
All content within the Game, including but not limited to graphics, audio, music, animations, text, game mechanics, and source code, is the intellectual property of Cosmic Meta and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Game content without our prior written consent.
Leaderboards
The Game features public leaderboards that display usernames and scores. By participating in leaderboards, you acknowledge that your username and scores will be visible to other players. Cosmic Meta reserves the right to remove offensive usernames, suspicious scores, or any leaderboard entries that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
In-App Purchases
The Game may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing by these platforms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Meta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
